Our Historic Gazebo

​Our gazebo was built in in the 1920's by Dionicio Rodriguez.  Rodriguez was skilled in the art technique called trabajo rustic (rustic work) or faux bois (imitation wood). 
The entire gazebo is sculpted from reinforced concrete.  Even with an up close examination, it is hard to believe it is not real wood.

If you have wedding bells in your future, it is a lovely spot to say "I Do!"

Swimming Pool

​Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.  Enjoy the large patio with tables and chairs and a BBQ Grill available for guest use .

Feel free to bring your pool toys and take a dip!

Dining Porch

​This dining area was once the original wrap around porch. It has since been remodeled and is now an enclosed, spacious dining room that seats up to 50 people.

River Amenities

​Whether you are fly fishing, tubing, paddle boarding, or kayaking, you can launch right from the Guadalupe River here at The Haven! It is a four hour canoe or kayak trip to James Keil Park or you can take a longer trip down to Waring Crossing. Tubing long stretches is not recommended. Bring your own equipment and transportation and enjoy all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
